How to Play the 1st Note in an A Major Flute Scale

The first note in the A major scale is A. Let's look at A on the staff. Here is the first note A. To play a A on the flute we finger the 1st, 2nd, and thumb in the left hand and just the pinkie in the right hand. This is how it sounds. Let's review the fingerings looking at the flute. We use the 1st, 2nd and thumb in the left hand and just the pinkie in the right hand. This is the 1st note which is also the last note in the major scale. This note A is fingered the exact same in the 1st note and also in the last note. The difference is changing the pitch of the note we have started the first one as low, keeping the same fingerings when we play the last note it will sound the same. Here is a visual of the placement of the last note A fingered the same this is the first and last note also known as pentatonic or the root of the key of A major.
