Pour Batter for White Cake Muffin Recipe
Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now I'm going to divide the batter. Put part of it in the other dish cause I want to put apples in some of it. I cut one apple. If you want to add apples to the whole thing you should add about half a cup of apples. This is one. The other one I decided to add cherries to. Here we go. Now we are going to pour the mixture to the cupcake holders. Since it is very soft batter we don't need the other spoon to help us. We just basically do it very careful so it would not drip on the sides. If it drips on the side you can always clean it up. It is better to clean it up actually because it is going to burn during baking and it is going to be harder to remove from the pan. Take the cherries to. You should not worry that is getting to close to the top cause as I mention in the beginning the cupcake pan, the muffin pan is shaped that the muffin would go out of the cupcake holders and spill out of it to the right side of the pan. Once we finish we are going to put it in the oven in 350 for about between 20-30 minutes until it is cooked.
