Mix Ingredients for White Cake Muffin Recipe
Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to start with the dry ingredients. We are going to mix the flour, the salt and the baking powder together. The other bowl we are going to mix the eggs, the oil, the non diary creamer, the apple juice or whatever your chose. 1/2 cup of sugar. If you want for taste, you can always add a teaspoon of vanilla for your own choice but it is not a must. You can see it is nice and mixed up good. We are going to put it on top of the dry ingredients and mix it all together. The batter is ready.
