Pour Batter for Bran Muffins

Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to prepare the pan for the cupcakes. We are going to have about 8 cupcakes here between 6-8 cupcakes for this recipe. Of course, it depends on the size of the muffin pan that you have. I'm going to prepare cupcake holders it is good to open the cup cake holders before you start baking cause that takes a little bit time when you want to do it. Now we are just going to use the 2 spoons as we used in the corn muffin; just take a spoon and put it in. We preheat the oven for 400 and it is going to take about 30 minutes to cook. Depending on the size of the muffins of course, if you make them smaller, it takes less time. So you should check them out actually after 20 minutes to see what is going on and make sure they are not over baked. The last one and then we are going to place it in the oven for about half a hour.
