Mix Dry Ingredients for Corn Muffin Recipe
Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to mix the dry ingredients together, but before we do that, we preheat the oven at four hundred so it will be ready for us when we finish with the muffins to put them straight away in the oven cause it's not good to wait too long once the muffins are ready, it's the best thing to put it straight away in the oven. So the dry ingredients, we are going to mix, we're going to take the flour, the corn meal, the salt, the sugar, the baking powder, the order that I said is not so important and we're going to mix it good together. Mix some more. Okay, now it's mixed together good. It's important to mix them before you add the wet ingredients because it might not mix as well afterwards if you add the wet ingredients before.
