ESTHER-XIAOHUA LIU: This phrase [SPEAKING IN CHINESE] means to lift one's head, to lift one's head. You can also say, Jiu Shuo, this is word is written Shuo. Shuo means hand or hands. If you put up your hand, we say Jiu Shuo. Jiu Shuo. [SPEAKING IN CHINESE]. Jiu means to lift, to the up.
