So now I am going to show you an exercise for your abs and this one is called reverse crunches. I like to do this one. You are going to get a bench. You're going to sit back on it like this, put your hands back behind you like this, grip firmly on the bench, put your legs straight out and then crunch up. I am bringing down my upper body and at the same time also my lower body. That's a lot of work. These are excellent. You always want to keep your chin tucked. You don't want your head moving you want your head stationary and just crunch like that. Again with your breathing make sure you exhale, inhale, exhale, inhale just like that. Those are reverse crunches.
