Okay so this next exercise is another one for your legs. We are going to work your quads, your hamstrings, and your gluts. This is the Smith machine. This is an excellent one because you can do squats. Instead of just having the bar it is a little bit safer because it is secure in here. Now you still want someone to spot you but it is safer than just having a bar and doing them like that. What you want to do is you're going to get right in the middle here, get a nice grip, bring it up, you want your feet pretty well in front to where you're almost leaning back into the bar and then you're just going to squat down like this. Just like that and you want to keep the pressure down into your heels, you should be able to wiggle your toes. Again you don't want to lock the knees, just like that. So that's squats with the Smith machine. I am going to sit it back carefully and that's it.
