Hi. I'm Marlene Spiegel, founding Team Leader from WildTree. I'm here on behalf of Expert Village to show you how to make a grouper mango salsa. First, we're going to take two filets of grouper because we know this is our segment on dishes for two. And, I'm going to put a little bit of the lemon zest grape seed oil and I'm going to brush it on both sides. Flip it over and brush the other side. Doesn't that grouper look great? It's great grouper. I bought it at the local fish market. Then, WildTree has a mango peach salsa to die for. If you don't like fish, it's excellent also on chicken or pork. I prefer the fish. And I'm just going to glaze this on. I've got the oven preheating at four hundred degrees because fish should be cooked at a very hot point. That's why the grape seed oil has a four hundred and nineteen for its smoke point. Alright, we're going to put this in the oven and then we're going to end, after it cooks for about fifteen minutes, with this scrumptious grouper dish.
