Finish Baguette Bread

My name is Brandon Sarkis and on behalf of Expert Village today I am going to show you how to make a real French baguette. About ten minutes has passed so let's go ahead and unwrap this big hunk of bread. You hear how crunchy it is when you open but you see how nice and soft it is inside like that and the outside, you can hear that, let me put it on a knife. The outside is very very hard. That's the sign of a true French baguette. Very very crunchy on the outside and very nice and fluffy on the inside. Be very very careful that you don't burn anybody else especially the part with the water. I have enjoyed making this and I hope to have you back soon enough and check out one of my videos on Expert Village. Thanks a lot.
