Cool Baguette Bread
My name is Brandon Sarkis and on behalf of Expert Village today I am going to show you how to make a real French baguette. Alright our seven minutes is up so let's check on our bread. We can see that after seven more minutes our bread is pretty much the color we want it to be so I am going to go ahead and pull it now. This is the part where we want to exercise great caution not to burn ourselves or anybody else. So take it out of the oven. Let it sit there for a couple of minutes. After it sits there for two or three minutes I am going to take it off of that pan because that pan is still cooking the bottom because it is so hot so let's give it a couple of minutes and we will take it off. Since I know that not everybody has a nice cooling rack to cool everything off on I am going to show you how you can use the rack from your toaster oven. I am going to use my towel because tongs will crush it, take that big piece of bread and just set it here and when you set them on this rack you want to make sure they have got air between each other and they are not touching. We are going to let this cool for about fifteen minutes or so and once it cools off it should be ready to go and then we will come back to that.
