Tips for Baking Baguette Bread
My name is Brandon Sarkis and on behalf of Expert Village today I am going to show you how to make a real French baguette. Alright so now it has been ten to fifteen minutes and we are going to take our water out. I am going to take my trusty oven mitt because I don't trust a towel for this. We are going to open up our oven and we are going to pull that bottom rack out. Be very very careful. This is a 450 degree oven and it really hurts if it burns you. This water is going to be really really hot. Alright so that's that. I am going to use this time to turn my bread around. We are going to set our timer now for another seven minutes at which point I am going to check on my bread. It may be done but it may need another couple of minutes.
