Applying Eyeliner to Bottom of Eye for a Dramatic Look

Hi! I am Yvette Parrish. Thanks for joining me at Expert Village. Today I am going to show you how to apply the eyeliner, the different styles of eyeliner and how to get that pretty smoky look on her eye rim…because this is going to enhance the drama. And this is a very, very soft pencil; do not sharpen it too much, because you just kind of scratch your client; so I like to have a little bit of nub on my pencil. I do not like to have it sharp; I like a sharp, sharp lip liner, but not a sharp eyeliner, and this immediately will start giving it a dramatic look. Dramatic look is so much fun, have fun with it. You can use a navy blue liner, an indigo blue or a hunter green would be beautiful. This is called black diamond. You can use something like that. It has got a little shimmer to it or a chocolate brown. So it really is endless what colors you want to use, but with her light eyes, the black pencil looks beautiful. So I am going to go a little bit on the corners, right in here as well… you will look so pretty going to work today…and I am filling it in, and I am just taking my time. You know, spend a little time on your eyes if you really want a beautiful look for the eye.
