Comfort Food Recipe For Meatballs

Hi, I'm Marlene Spielgel founding team leader from Wild tree. I'm here today on behalf or Expert Village to show you how to make Meatballs. We've got some really good meatballs. First thing I'm going to do though is I'm going to pour the Red Bell Pepper and Onion Sauce into the pan so that it can warm while I'm making the blend. Then I'm taking a pound of ground beef, and egg slightly beaten. Believe it or not I got a quarter cup of Parmesan Cheese two tablespoons of Wildtree's Garlic and Herb blend and two tablespoons of Wildtree's Hearty spaghetti seasoning, And then a half of cup of bread crumbs. We're going to mix this all together. You have to like to get your hands dirty on this. Think of playing in the sand with your children, but this will be really good and they're fast, and I'm going to show you a really fast way of doing this. Some people once they make it they roll their little meatballs, they stick them in the oven or they fry them on the stovetop. I don't do that then we add a quarter cup of the water. This will keep your meatballs moisted and you want them to be moist in and out. I don't do that I don't put them on the stove. I don't put them in the oven. Back to where I was. I put them in the Microwave, and I will cook them about seven minutes on high. I have a little cover that I put them over the dish and I use a pie dish after I roll them, and we're going to roll some here. I just put them around in the pie dish and I roll a one inch ball, and set them down like that. Now if I'm making them for weddings I'm going to show you how to do that right now. I roll a quarter inch to a half inch ball and have those for weddings. So you can do either the wedding soup ones, if you?re doing just weddings soup. They?ll cook up to five minutes in the microwave. So then you just put them around and when you?re done rolling all of them you stick them in the microwave, and cook them for five to seven minutes on high.
