Ingredients For Chocolate Orange Scones

Hi, my name is Denise and on behalf of Expert Village welcome, today I'm going to show you how to make chocolate orange scones. In this clip I'll show you the ingredients that you will be using. We will be using 1/3 cups of flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda. You also need 5 tablespoons of unsalted butter, approximately 1/2 cup of cream, 1/4 of orange juice, we're going to be making a 1/4 cup of orange zest, and 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
