Garbhasana, Child's pose. Supported Child's pose is just a delicious pose. She's going to spend her time resting in Child's pose, which is your vacation home, anytime during your practice, anytime you're taking a practice that is an aggressive practice, or more active, this pose is always available to you. She wants to be able to drop the shoulders, she's not reaching anywhere, there's nothing going on, there's no weight coming forward. There are several things that I can do here. I can just gently put some support right here. I can also just simply sit on her and you need to coordinate or talk to your partner to make sure that she has no discomfort in her knees. But this is just a wonderful lengthening of the spine, compression, support, feels really wonderful. It might, you might think that it's a little too much weight on her but it feels really good, you should speak with your partner. Another thing that you can do if you want to work together, the person giving the assist can get themselves a nice back bend, a supported back bend, again she's feeling wonderful underneath here. So in order to come up, you've got to do this as a team. So we're going to get up; three, two, one. So as she sits up, she is supporting me coming up, so there's no extra effort in my lower back.
