Prep for Semi-Homemade Green Bean Casserole

Hello, my name is Hiu on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to cook green bean casserole. The second version I'm going to show is a semi homemade green bean casserole which is a little easier to make. Because of the water content in the frozen green beans we have to blanch them in hot water otherwise the finish dish would be to watery and runny. Let the water boil and then we would just blanch the frozen green beans for around 30 seconds to 1 minute, not a very long time. Then we again strain them no need to rinse them in cool water and at the same time we would also drain the water out from the can mushrooms. We only need the mushrooms, again we don't need the liquid there is already plenty of water inside the mushrooms.
