Hi, this is Matt Senatore on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to learn how to make my Grandma Josephine’s three-layered lasagna. Now, I know that I said the sauce was a very important component to your lasagna but I think the most important part of the lasagna is the filling. That’s the part of the lasagna that everybody remembers that is the taste of real lasagna; so let’s make some filling for this lasagna. First we are going to add the meat that we cooked earlier, then we are going to add our ricotta cheese, then we are going to mix this in, until it is for lack of a better term nice and gooey, and now we are ready for our sauce. Then I am going to stir that around, mix it in really good till it gets nice and pink. Also you have to make sure that the bottom gets it, see how the bottom wasn’t getting touched, just make sure that we mix it all the way around. Now we have the filling for our lasagna. So now the filling is done, let’s make the layers.
