Hi this is Matt Senatore on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to learn how to make my grandmas Josephine 3 layer lasagna. So while the sauce is cooking let's prepare the ground beef. We are going to use some ground beef here. We are going to use our green peppers, our onions and our garlic. First you want to cover the pan in olive oil and we are going to add our minced garlic. Make sure that the garlic is spread out evenly. I'm going to add a layer of our ground beef. So just add some of it not all of it. Like so. Kind of mix the garlic up with the ground beef. Then we are going to add our onion, just a few hand fulls. Then our bell peppers and then we are going to add another layer of ground beef. Cause sometimes when you are adding a lot of ground beef if you put the vegetables on the bottom the vegetables would burn. So you want to kind of get them in the middle. So everything kind of cooks evenly, kind of spoon it around a bit so it is mixed up very nicely. Then we are going to repeat the process again so we are going to add a little bit more olive oil, just a little. A little bit more of our onion. Some more of our bell peppers and then another layer of ground beef. Then we are going to mix this together until it browns. Then we add our seasoning.
