Where to Get Parts to Build a Skateboard

Hello. My name is Russell Kampinski and on behalf of Expert Village were going to learn how to purchase and assemble a skateboard. The first step, if you don't have a skateboard, you will need to get one. Where you go depends on how serious you are. If you are serious you will have to find a skate shop in your area. You can use Google or a phone book. If you go to large department stores, there are huge compromises and everything related to skateboarding, boards, the bearings, the wheels, the trucks, everything. If you go to a skate shop, they generally know what they are doing because they are skateboarders themselves. Before decided on what board to purchase, youre going to have to determine whether there are a lot of ramps and half pipes in your area or if youre going to skate a lot of street and street coarses. Street coarses generally have, you going to have a smaller wheel size, such as this, which is about fifty-two millimeters. The board, the average board size is going to be seven and a half inches. Seven, seven, five is the average size. An eight inch board is more for vert ramps with the wider wheels and these being about fifty-four millimeters. Now there are also many logo boards, which a lot of companies make more for the youth. There more proportional to their body size.
