Hi, I'm Amanda with Expert Village. In this clip we are going to chop the lettuce and dice the tomato. So I'm going to start with the tomato here. We are going to use about half a tomato. I'm going to cut it, set that aside and just take off the top part. Tomatoes are known for helping prevent heart disease and as well in the botanical sense they are known as a fruit. But because they are not sweet in there flavor people prefer to them as vegetables. I'm just going to take some nice smaller size dice, dices from the tomatoes and set that aside. I'm going to work with the lettuce.
