On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Terry and today I'm going to show you how to use a hand held grinder. This is what we call a pencil grinder or a file grinder. Some people call is a rotary file. It's electric; you can also get them in pneumatic. They're quite smaller; they're more like the other pneumatic tools. This rotary pencil grinder, you can also get rotary files to go in. This is a rotary stone head. You can get a rotary file for filing really small objects. What I am going to attempt to do with this stone head though is remove this little button...this weld button you see right here. And I will take it down with this grinding stone. The purpose of using that was to get... like say there was something in my way here or here I could get into a tight spot. I wan to to debar the inside of this pipe with this. Obviously, you can't do it with a grinder as you can see. I am going to try it. Alright, so now I've removed the burs on the inside of that pipe with this little pencil grinder, rotary filer, whatever you want to call it. That's how I did the weld button.
