On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Terry. And today I'm going to show you how to use a hand held grinder. When you're using air tools such as this digger, its always good to have a water trap. So that you're trapping the water and the water is not getting in your tools. You always want to keep your grinders maintained, so that you have a safe grinder, for one. If you don't maintain your grinders, just like you would a car, you're going to be replacing them a lot sooner then you should. On most hand held grinders, as in this one, there's no grease certs on it, but you can take the head off. And you can put a wheel baring grease in there, which will prolong the life. Here you have two buttons you can remove, that if your grinder stops working more then likely it?s the brushes. You can replace the brushes in your electrical grinder. Besides your brushes and your lubricant, you need to examine the cord each time you use it. You can lay it down on something hot. It can get burned or whatever. That's just part of the maintenance. Just make sure you don't have any exposed wires. If you do, make sure it has a good connection. You can use electrical tape, tape them up or seal them off with silicon.
