Okay let's talk about a running left shoot. When I say that I mean a couple of things we are running to our left and we are also on the left side of the court from the center of the basket. This is a difficult shoot it takes coordination, practice, effort, skill, leaping ability, other things you can think of in shooting. What makes it very difficult just like the long shoot you know in the long shoot we talked about that forward momentum and velocity that you are basically arching the ball up nice and high. To take away from the velocity so you are really adjusting your eyes and focus in your shoot while you are moving and that is very difficult. But what is very effective about it is that you are not necessarily having to stop and do a shot whether it is set shoot, fade away jump shoot. What you can do is you can leap off of one leg as you are coming down you can get yourself square but at the same time leaping while you are fading to the left. So you are squaring yourself up to that basket. If you watch the back of my shoulders it will be squared we are coming down left and we are keeping ourselves square. Our whole body but we are moving at the same time so the rim is moving to our right. We are moving to our left and we are having to push the ball not only up but also out to the right at the same time. So it is almost like this. Like I said very difficult but very effective because your defenders a lot of times can not defend it, they can not get up as quick as you can and they are not going to expect that you can do that kind of shot. So let's go ahead and give you a shot of what this is going to look like. So we are dribbling left.
