How to Warm Up before Playing Tennis

Next, I'd like to go over some basic stretches with you. First of all, you can take your arm and pull it over to the left side, like this. And you really should hold that stretch for thirty seconds. You can do the same with the other arm. Now you can take your right leg, and pull it up the back until you feel a pull in the front of your leg. Then, you can do the same with the next leg. You can also take the right arm and pull it up over your head to stretch the back. Really every muscle is important to stretch out, because in the game of tennis you use every muscle.
