MARK PESCE: Hello, I'm Mark Pesce from France. I'm from France. And on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to cook a French dessert called the le poire belle Helene. So now we're going to add the eggs in it. So we have 4 eggs. And the last one. Okay, you don't have to use a knife, okay, but I'm used to that so I do it this way. Okay. So you start to mix a little bit the eggs with the flour, the sugar and stuff, you know. But first, you mix all this. And then after, start to make sort of--it will all come together, you know. Don't hesitate to mix. Okay. And now, once you have done this, you add the whip cream, whipped cream, sorry. So you put one cup, okay? You whip a little bit, too, and then put two cups--this is not going to do it--okay--just keep this up--two cups of milk. So after, I'm going to use a blender to mix that so I can have, like, a real, nice cream, you know? So you mix, don't hesitate to mix it quite a lot, you know?
