C Major Scale in Piano Sheet Music

Hello! I am Annie Brunson on behalf of Expert Village. Today we’re going to learn the C major scale for the right hand. We are going to learn how to play it and also how it is written. Starting on middle C, play a tone, another tone, then a semitone, a whole tone, a whole tone, a whole tone, and then a semitone. The fingering for the C major chord, the C major scale, is 1, 2, 3, thumb comes under, plays the F. Now it would be very good to practice both the D flat scale we did in the previous lesson and the C scale to get your fingers more limber. You can play it up and you can play it down. The D flat scale, starting with your second finger and then coming down. Practice those frequently to get your fingers used to playing.
