You know what? There is really no excuse for people not eating healthy today. Even some of the fast food chains, I'm surprised they are serving, without naming any names, veggie burgers, strawberry yogurt desserts, salads, no trans-fats in some of the fast foods. So, there is really no excuse for people to try and be more conscious of what they eat and select organic. Absolutely. Absolutely. I mean it's so important and critical to your long-term health and not only that but the food just absolutely tastes better. I mean that's one of the big secrets that I learned in culinary school is that the high-end haute couture restaurants have been serving organic food for years but they were never bragging about because it wasn't in. Really? It had a grungy, hippy, dull bland misconception. Yeah, misconception. But once I got into it and really saw a difference because I was always after the best tasting any product that organic actually did taste better and the side effect is that it is healthier for you. Yes, now I am a baby-boomer so I've known about organic since the 70's and it's nice that both generations, my generation and your generation are kind of merging and embracing this whole organic, green movement. It's wonderful. It is. It's exciting. It really is. It's very exciting. I'm Nili Nathan with Expert Village. Please check out my website greatlivingtv.com. And, I'm Laura Klein with organicauthority.com. And, Nili, thank you so much for having me. It was a pleasure. You are so sweet. I have to give you one of my favorite treats as a parting gift. Thanks! And this is healthy, organic chocolate. I love it. My favorite, thank you. And I bought 2 for you. That's great. So tell me about organic chocolate a little bit. The show's not over, yet. Well, what's great, this is just another great example of how you can shop affordably for organic chocolate. Now, not only is this healthy for you because this is 87% cacao. Wow! That is high. You are supposed to get 70% or higher for the health benefits. Yes. Dark Chocolate. Extra dark chocolate. Wow. Let's just take a look at this. Low in sugar, four grams of sugar. Very good choice. Right. But you know you want to be careful, just because it has anti-oxidants and it has health benefits, you don't want to abuse it and eat a whole bar. You just want to eat like a little piece. You're right. I absolutely couldn't agree more. Now this is a dactylic chocolate bar that is under a private label from a local grocery store that is about $2 cheaper than a brand name. Now this is 54% chocolate, I should actually say, cacao. So it's not quite as healthy as this but you can save by buying a private label and/or generic brands of organic foods. Another great tip from my favorite organic authority Laura Klein. Let me just taste this chocolate. Mmmmmm. How is it? Mmmmmm. It's so good. It's delicious. Oh good. I love chocolate. It's such a great healthy treat. Chocolate with anything. I put chocolate in oatmeal! Oh really? Yeah, for my kid. She loves it. I put a little chocolate when I want her to eat her oatmeal. Another tip! See! The tips just keep coming! We can't stop our tips, can we? No we can't. Thank you Nili for having me. It's such a pleasure. We're going to do this again. It was great. Thanks, Laura. Cheers. Cheers.
