What about coffee, Laura? Yes. I read somewhere that coffee is heavily sprayed with pesticides. Yes. Yes, it is. Coffee is also very important to buy organic because the pesticide residues are just incredible. And another really good tip for buying coffee is buy shade grown. Why? What does that mean? That means that it's actually grown in the shade under the forest canopy. Because we're losing so much of our wild forests like in the Amazon a lot of the coffee is grown in places where the huge forests once grew. But, now, if you buy it shade grown, you're actually supporting a sustainable environment because we're not chopping down the forest. That's great. Yes, and of course if you buy organic, then you're not ingesting all the pesticides either. All right. That's a good tip. So, when buying coffee. Now, we know. Who knew? Right. That's great thanks. You also get a better flavor too with shade grown and organic. That's one thing we haven't mentioned with the organic produce is I actually really tell people, "you know what, do a taste test." Taste a conventional tomato next to an organic heirloom tomato like this. There's no comparison. The tastes are amazing. Yeah.
