Playing 1st Chord of A Flat (Ab) Major Blues Scale on Piano

Now we are going to go over our A flat blues. So we are going to start by taking a look at A flat seven first, so we start on here on A flat. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, one. So you're using all these black notes and these white notes, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, one. For this section we're going to lock the base and we're going to go one, three, five, seven, one, seven, five, three and we're going to show you your blues scale for your right hand. It's one minor third, you have these three notes here; one minor third four up to five and seven. (playing piano) So now I'm going to play that minor scale while I do my locking base. (playing piano) That is your first chord and your blue scale for A flat.
