Hi! This is Kyle with Expert Village and I am going to show you some tips on layers with photoshop. Now, what I did is I did this over and over and over. It took a little while, but once I got about four of them, I would merge them together. Now how you do that, let us say for instance if we wanted to merge this layer and this layer, you hit the little chain button and then you go to go layer, merge, length. Now, what that does is it makes those two layers become one. So, if you grab it, they are just one layer one. So, what I did now is I duplicated that layer, now I don’t just duplicate one fire, I will duplicate two. So, I am duplicating the same image twice. Now, what I want to do is I want to do undo I want to hit, edit, step backwards all, control Z or you can do it up there, I want to go back a few layers to where it originally was. Okay, now you go back to this layer that’s how I made this layer. It was a lot of work. I basically went through and duplicated it and made thousands of little candles and as I got a patch, I would duplicate them, make them slightly smaller, duplicate them and make them smaller and as you can see here if you pull your zoom tool, you can do a square, you can zoom right in, you just pull in and you zoom right in, you can see all these little bitty candle lights that I actually made, duplicated over and over and over. So anyway that was part of the effect that I wanted so I wanted to show a lot of these candles.
