Hello, I am Denise Bennett and I am here on behalf of Expert Village today. If you put vegetables in your crackers I find that the nutritional value is going to be a little bit higher than when you add nuts or seeds. There is protein but then also I think you can be limited in the flavors when all you use is nuts or seeds. A lot of crackers use flax seeds which is a wonderful ingredient and we are going to be doing that today but I think that when you add vegetables you will find that you get a much more varied flavor and texture too. It is nice. I do not take out my crackers until they are completely brittle, I like them a little bit soft. Now we have our celery.
