Slicing Bell Peppers for Raw Food Spring Rolls

Hello, I'm Denise Bennett and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to do the bell pepper. Okay, how about a bigger piece? I was cutting them ahead of time but we really need a bigger piece. My rule, on anything you feel like cutting away, if you wouldn't eat it, don't serve it to anybody else. Okay, so as you can see, I'm slicing the bell pepper and I am being extremely careful. Look at these beautiful slices it makes. That's what the (indiscernible) does. So, we're going to start a little pile there and as I said, just be really careful. I don't know why we're in such a hurry anyway. Have to think about that one. All the mass production kind of is on it's way out maybe. And a little bit more of it there. Honestly, you could make this in a food processor and I'm sure it would go nice and quick, and there's nothing wrong with that, and if I were making dinner for forty right now, I 'm sure I would be using it. However, a food processor will not make the beautiful zucchini wraps, so you're still going to have to use this with that. Okay, I think we've got enough there.
