Hi I'm Kara with Expert Village and today we're going to be making a vegetable Thai curry stir fry. The ingredients will be using for our vegetable Thai curry stir fry are 1 16 oz package of frozen vegetables, you can also use fresh any mixture of vegetables you like. I have a 1/4 pound of tofu, 1/2 tablespoon of oil, 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of coconut milk, (you can also use light coconut milk) 1/2 cup of rice, 1/2 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger, 1/2 tablespoon of red curry paste.
