I’ll be demonstrating how to do a chest stretch which is really great for a bench press. Basically, what you want to do is lace your hands behind your back, you want to retract your shoulder blades together, pull your arms down and lift your chest. Hold this straight for about ten to twenty seconds and then release. You can repeat the exercise if you want to.
