Making a Grocery Shopping List

My name is Leslie Moselle, and I'm from Tampa Florida, and on behalf of Expert Village this is how to shop for groceries on a budget. Shopping list, when shopping on a budge it is a good idea to make a shopping list. And remember, don't make the shopping list the day you're going grocery shopping. It's a good idea to keep a shopping list as you run out of items. So say you run out of cereal today, write cereal on your grocery shopping list. This way when it's the day of the grocery shop, you don't have to bombard yourself with looking through all of your pantry and your cabinets, and your refrigerator trying to find the items that you don't have. This, I mean, it's also a good idea to make this list because you don't want to stand in front of the refrigerator, with the refrigerator door open, letting all that cold air out, while you're searching, throwing items away, you want to conserve as much energy and as much time, just like you want to conserve your money. So before you go grocery shopping keep track of that shopping list, make sure you have all the items that you need, and make sure you have on your list all the items you don't have. So shopping lists are a great idea to stay focused at the grocery store, buy the items that you need, get in, get out, and making sure you're shopping on a budget.
