How to Frontside Pop Shove-it on a Skateboard

JUSTIN VAN ZANDT: My name is Justin from the YMCA on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip, I'm going to show you how to frontside pop shove-it, and it's pretty much like a 180 except you're not turning your body with it. So, you start with your back foot on the left side of your tail. When you had your feet set up for the frontside pop shove-it, you're going to wind up with your shoulders so that you can bring this back foot forward and send your board in the frontside pop shove-it. Wind your shoulders up like you did with the front 180 and you start to pop, and you're going to bring this back foot forward, pushing your board and letting it rotate frontside. And you're going to keep your body straight though, and let the board spin all the way around and you're going to catch it on the bolts and spot your landing, and stomp it down and land it.
