Okay so Deborah, now that we have released the fear, what do we do next? Now we have to step up, we have to show up, like me being here today, this is me showing up. Me crossing the line at the marathon, that's me showing up. It's a point where you step in, you aren't a victim, you are at cause. You are going to step in, you are going to show up, and you are going to do your best, whatever that is. In the process of stepping up, your life becomes your own, because now you are showing up and you are going to be present and build all the other principles in, and have your life the way you wanted; because you committed to it. You've gone through the fear, you've worked through the limitations and lacks, you've let go of our your old beliefs systems and now you are going into creation mode, now you are going to create your life the way you wanted. You are going to set attention and intention so that you start to manifest what you want. You are going to start having an intention, you are going to have goals for your life, so that instead of just floundering around and saying "oh whatever", you are like every year on December 31st, I write my list of goals for the next year, and I check them off as I complete them. It is like setting my intention, but you have to put your intention on it, you can't just say "I am going to do that" and put them on the drawer. You have to be in it. You have to have your intention on it. What am I doing right now towards reaching that goal? What I am doing right now, how am I holding my consciousness as if it's already true so it can manifest, that's what self-hypnosis is. Self-hypnosis is putting yourself into that space where you feel what it's like to have it or be it, and that's what this is about. This is about visioning your life, seeing what it's going to look like, having an intention about how you want it to unfold so that you can hold that and manifest it, hold that and manifest it. Can I add an example to that? Great. I think it can really help people, it's a really small tip; because her concept seems kind of big, and abstract for people like let's say somebody it's like "okay well, I want to be a rock star" right, and that seems like "whoa, that's like too big, how can I really feel like I am on stage and everybody is clapping, and I am making it happen" so, this is the example I use for myself and for other people. If I were to tell you right now, "oh, let's go get ice cream, let's go to Haagen-Dazs and get chunky munky ice cream. Look at her face, she believes, she has no doubt and I have no doubt, so we can get in the car, drive to Haagen-Dazs, and we are going to be walking out with our ice creams. We feel it, and our taste buds, our mouths are starting to water, right, we have that joy. Take that and scale it up. You believe your are going to get in the car and go get the ice cream at Haagen-Dazs, it's a reality, it can happen, scale it up. The powerful part about this is, about the universal law is, whatever you put is is neutral, it has no investment. If you put garbage in, you get garbage out, and that's why people that have a lot get more, because their consciousness is there. They are scaling it up; whereas people that have less will have that taken away from them according to the Bible. Wait, can you say that again? People that have less will have that taken away from them. In other words, whatever your consciousness is, it will continue to flow. If you don't have much because of your consciousness, and you keep that consciousness, you are going to even have less and less and less. Because the he law, if you think of it as a machine, what you put in; if say good things everyday, if you think that this is possible, it will happen, and if you believe it's not. I suggested to somebody, I think is good to tape record yourself talking for an hour randomly and listen to how much negativity you put into your life. That is a great tip, and you get it out, and if you want to do affirmations, do it in your own voice. Do it on a tape recorder with your own voice, because who do you listen to the most, yourself. That is something that I have done for twenty-five years with my clients. That is, put your affirmations about what you believe that you want to hold and program your brain to know. Instead of going "oh that can't happen" or "I'll never get that". Don't even go there, and if it flies through your brain, don't say it. I always say when I have a negative thought "healed and forgiven, I release that" because you need to stay in the consciousness of having what you want, and the only person that keeps you there is you. It takes practice. It takes a lot of practice, I did affirmations for years. I use to listen to an affirmation tape everyday for hours of my own voice, to step out of scarcity consciousness. I was born in a garage, and I own five houses now. That's cool. It's a wonderful thing, but I had to change my consciousness. Now, getting back to the beginning of this, just showing up. It's like if you have a fear of going to a party by yourself or an event. Most likely what will happen, is if you just show up and be a fly on the wall, everybody else is so busy with their own fear and their own insecurities, that they are not paying attention to you anyway. Then, you can be proud of yourself. It is good to love yourself and see the good in yourself, and see your progress. Seeing your own progress is great because you are heading in that direction of having the life you want, and baby steps are the way to do it. You read my mind, baby steps. Yeah, it's little bits, but then you get to say "I did that, that's great". I did that and now let's see if it will work, and just keep upping it up. That's right, and every day it gets better. What you'll find is, and I say this to all my clients. When you start to work with me, you are stepping into a conveyor belt, and you can't get off; I don't know why, and you are going to go into a dark tunnel, and at the end of the tunnel there is a light, and you are not going to know if it's a train, of if it's your life. So you just really have to go through the process of discovering that, because it feels like it's a train in the darkness, when you are making these transitions, it feels like that, and it's scary. I know exactly what you mean, I just got goose bumps. You are moving through, and sometimes you just have to hold on to the fact that you know you are getting better everyday and that this is working, and that it's your life, and you are making these transitions to get to the life you came here to have. Amen.
