So our last garnish is going to be my favorite herb which is the cilantro. I'm going to chop about 1/2 of the bunch. I know a lot of people really don't like cilantro. Some people really do. It gives it a bad flavor in their mouth. It makes it taste like soap a little bit. If that's the case and you're the person who doesn't like cilantro just go ahead and leave this herb off. You can replace it with other herbs if you would like. I think Italian parsley would mix really well with this. Ezpazote if you can get it. That's another Mexican herb and not herb also does have a pretty strong flavor and I typically don't care for it. Actually that will look like whenever it's done.
