Hi, I'm Lori Schneider with Figs Catering in Austin, TX. Today we're going to make a ground beef picadillo stuffed poblano pepper. To do this these are the ingredients that you're going to need. You're going to need Mexican creama, vegetable oil, queso fresco, about a pound of ground beef, fresh garlic, raisins, limes and white onion, potato, kosher salt and pepper, oregano, cumin, 1 can of diced tomatoes, poblano peppers and cilantro. The equipment you're going to need include a sheet pan, a bowl, plastic bags (2 of them), knives and cutting board, a squeeze bottle, a vegetable peeler and some gloves. You will also need a saute pan, a wooden spoon and a pair of tongs.
