Hi! I'm Doug. I work with twenty great guys in St. Louis at Doug Jenkins Custom Hot Rods and we're going to do some work for you today on Expert Village. So now Dave is going to custom form the exhaust pipe to fit the bottom of the Camero. He's held it in place and he's made a mark on it with a magic marker and he's cutting it to that exact length. He'll then take it back to the vehicle and test it to see how well it fits. In order to get the pipe to slide on and off the collette easily you keep it well lubed. Put the piece of pipe on the expanding dye here, and expand it a little bit so it will fit over the adapter; he's expanding it so it will fit inside the adapter that comes off the back of the headers. When Dave runs the pipe across the chop saw there, it makes a bur on the outside diameter of the pipe so he takes it to the grinder to knock that bur off so it will fit inside the exhaust header collector nicely.
