How to Use a Sand Blast Cabinet on Car Parts

Hi I'm Doug. I work with 20 great guys in St Louis at Doug Jenkins Custom Hotrods and we're going to do some work for you today on Expert Village. This machine is the coolest. This is a little blasting cabinet, so you stick your part in the side there like Alex did and you latch the door shut and then you stick your hands in the gloves and this thing has a foot pedal control and he holds on to the tool with one hand and the part with another and it just blows a little of media on there and cleans up the part. So it's one of four different ways we media blast things around here. And this is what you do for small parts. It has it's own dust collector that you can hear running in the background.
