How to Install a Car Fuel Tank Support

Hi I'm Doug. I work with 20 great guys in St. Louis at Doug Jenkins Custom Hotrods and we're going to do some work for you today on Expert Village. Our next step is to actually weld in the tank support to the new trunk floor. Alex has ground off the recoat in a few places there. Then he's going to weld the brace in. He's ground away the junk from the bottom of the trunk floor. With any luck, he's got a good ground on his welder and he'll be able to strike an ark and get that welded in there. Not much fun to climb in and out a bunch of times and try to get a good ground. So he's going to get it welded in and burn little holes in his shirt too. That's ok though, they have my name on them so all he has to do is ask me for another one and he gets it without any grief.
