Hi, I'm Doug. I work with 20 great guys in St. Louis at Doug Jenkins Custom Hot Rods, and we're going to do some work for you today on Expert Village. This is a patch piece that Alex has made. He has primed it inside and out with a weld through primer. A primer that likes the heat from welding. The piece is going to go over here in the fender well, where a piece was destroyed when he was cutting out the flange for the body mount. The body mount was attached to the wheel well, right in here and where those two pieces of metal were welded together it traps moisture and dirt over the years allowing rust. Rather than replacing this entire piece, which is very costly because of this structure here. Alex has made a repair piece that is going to go in here, like that. He will also prime the parent metal inside and out and cut it very cleanly so that this patch that he's made will go in nicely.
