Hi, I'm Doug I work with 20 great guys in St. Louis at Doug Jenkins Custom Hot Rods and we are going to do some work for your today on Expert Village. He needs hook the paint gun to the compressed air. There is a dial on the paint gun where he can adjust the air pressure to get exactly the spray pattern and volume that he wants for the repair. The knob on top is air volume, the knob on bottom is paint volume. He wants to get a very careful job and get as little material on there as possible to cover the repair area. We are going to have to blend the paint as it goes around so he is covering as little area as possible so we have the color on the edges as much as we can. When doing a paint repair like this you keep a little bit of air going then you do a material for a regular paint job so you have more control over how the material covers. He would take and paint in different angles in order to not have a big strip there where his repair is.
