Combining Tissue Paper to Start Making Artificial FlowersHi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. Now I would be telling you how to exactly make the artificial flowers. As I have already introduce you to the ingredients of the artificial flower now I will be telling you the process the exact way how to start with it. You first take some tissue papers and gradually make a pile of them. The tissue paper has to be thin. I'm teaching you one with a white tissue paper as white fluffy flowers look very very beautiful. You can have different colors also but preferable a light material tissue paper. Now we would start making a pile of tissue papers by placing one paper on to the other and placing on back on the other one.
