Making Even Edges for Artificial Flowers

Hi, this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. Now I will tell you how to even the edges of this fan. That is even, the petals of the flower that I will soon will be making and showing it to you. We take it, the scissors and we gradually cut it lightly and slowly to ensure that all the edges get even on either side of the fan. Which we would have met from pilling up 20 tissue papers slowly and gradually over on of the other. Now we would look at the other side(can you see)this side has become even with the help of the scissors that I just used in front of you. Now we look at the other side of the fan. That is the way we do it, that is it. Now as we can see the fan from either side has got both of the edges absolutely even and alike. With this lock locking the fan right in the center.
