Hi, I'm Doug I work with 20 great guys in Saint Louis at Doug Jenkins Custom Hot Rods and we are going to do some work for you today on Expert Village. Now he is just cleaning the burr of of the piece that was cause by the cut of wheel. So everything goes together really easy. Again this piece like the other pieces we have made on this project get a metal finish to it. You have to take off the original scale from when the steel was manufacture and get a nice rough up surface there so that the primer has something to divided into and there is not grease to anything on it. Now a little test fit there to see how close we are getting. This piece has a lot of bends to it and some compound curves so it would be a little bit of a test fitting there to make sure it is right.
