How can I watch the full series of these tutorials? They all get cut off after about 1-2 minutes. Also, do you know of a good book, or full tutorial website that is good for training in Cinema4D? -GJacobs

Creating Cameras in Cinema 4D Animation

Hi, this is John Carstarphen for Expert Village. Let's move on to the camera menu. Each view port has its own independent camera called the editor camera. The editor camera is active by default, but you can create and activate your own cameras if you want. Unlike the editor camera, your own cameras are shown as objects in the object manager. You'll notice that here in the object manager there is no camera listed. We have two lights and then we have our objects. Let's add a camera and it pops up in the object manager, plus in the view window, we see these green lines. These green lines represent the camera. We're still in the editor camera view, so let's spin the editor camera around and we can see the camera we just added. The link active object command will let you view the scene from the origin of the active object.
