French Braids - Part 4: Hair Styling Techniques for Women
We are putting hair spray on before, just to make sure that everything lays flat and neat. And if it is frizzy or you have any loose hairs, you want to go ahead and spray the hair and keep it neat. It also works with laying the French braid a little bit flatter and neater. Okay, by pressing it down like this, you are going to lay that French braid down and neat and get rid of any loose hairs. And if the hair is frizzy, maybe use a little shine product, and you want to just spritz some shine into that hair, just to make it shiny. Or you can use a little bit of a pomade, something with a waxing kind of touch to it, and you can use a little bit of that for those loose hairs and rub them in your hair real good, and put it in the form like this and loosen it. Any loose pieces we will just tuck in. What I have also done before to keep that French braid nice and neat is I have taken my blow dryer on low. Okay, I have just pressed down on the hair to make sure that all those hairs are down, and it is nice and neat. Bringing those little small hairs down like that, it will kind of push those hairs back and keep them in place if you put some hair spray in the hair. And now it is going to go ahead and neaten up that French braid.
